For the knots
with tenure.

Some tension has been renting space for years. Deep tissue works slowly into those layers, deliberate, communicative, never brutal, releasing what desks, gym sessions and habit have written into the muscle.

Focused pressure along the upper back in warm light
01

Slow beats hard

Depth comes from patience and angle, not force.

02

Desk-body specialists

Necks, shoulders and hips carry modern life; we speak their language.

03

Recovery built in

Communication throughout keeps intensity productive, never punishing.

Unhurried,
start to finish.

  1. 1

A focused conversation about where tension lives and how it behaves.

  2. 2

Slow, layered work with steady breathing room.

  3. 3

Possible next-day muscle awareness, the good kind, then real relief.

Asked, answered.

Will deep tissue hurt?+

It should feel like productive intensity, never pain you brace against. You set the ceiling and we work exactly to it, not through it.

How often should I come?+

Chronic tension usually loosens over a few sessions two to three weeks apart, then monthly maintenance keeps it from re-settling.

Should I do anything afterward?+

Water, a gentle walk, and an early night. Skip the heavy workout that evening and let the release do its work.

Begin gently.

Every first visit starts with a conversation.
